I admit it is borderline, and I know I am disallowed from quoting it but Cults of Prax gave Waha access summon small gnome. Mythologically he did dig a big canal (Waha the Navie), used a river to wash away chaos (Waha the Plumber) and, IMO, represents the victorious Earth in Prax (where Dark Eater=dark, Zola Fel=water, Wild Hunter=storm, Oakfed=fire)
