In general, I would guess not. Most hobby game products don't sell really well as back stock, and reprinting them, even with HQ modifications, would essentially not be a new product.
(I don't know if they're out of print, but I certainly don't feel the need to have a new version of Thunder Rebels or Storm Tribe even if they make no mention of common magic.)
