Hi,  

 For Puget Sound, I would look to Uamthela, primitive forest dwelling people, temperate clime and so forth. There could be places along the southern coast of Genertela as well, perhaps too far of the beaten path to have been used by the Trader Princes and otherwise untouched since the closing. Fronela is good to, but the winters are much harsher.
