Alda-Churi Yelmalions and the Sun Dome Templars

Howdy all - here's a random question that has been bugging me. Do the Far Point Yelmalions (frex the Vantaros tribal warband) fight as phalangites (like Sun Dome Templars of Sartar and the River of Cradles), as a shieldwall (like many other Tarshites), or as skirmishers and ambushers (like many Sartarites)? Personally, my suspicion is that they fight as a shieldwall, but I'm interested in what our Far Point scholars think.
