Well, "Normal" for an occupied country... You'd have to go back a bit before you can play without the Lunars in your hair.

But You could use most of BA for a Post-Migration/Pre-Invasion game, and probably for a lot of pre-Dragonkill hinterlands (not the cities, though...). You could play around with cults & attitudes (No "Fear Dragons", or at least, not as much). For the Pre-DK stuff. Heck, you could play Sawn Age with BA, for the most part...
