Cameo in Talfort?

IIRC, Tarsh in Flames mentions an adventure cameo located in Talfort that would be in the Unspoken Word webpage. As my PC's are currently in Talfort i'm interested in it but i can't find it. Could you tell me if this cameo really exists? If so, where can i find it?
