Not sure about that. In a lot of communities on earth, the clergy--specifically including Catholic clergy, in Catholic and mixed lands--do a whole lot of the work in educating children, caring for the sick and elderly, looking after orphans, and the like. Those clergy certainly regard their work as being "service to God" (cf. the parable of the sheep and the goats)--so in Gloranthan terms, the work a nun does dressing wounds or teaching the alphabet would qualify in her 30%/60%/90% time requirement.
