Slon: The Openhandist Dwarves keep the Humans as their slaves and have many humans serving in their armed forces.
Teshnos: Sorvatoor defeated the Juggernaut, conquered Diamond Mountain and forced the dwarves there to built a massive prayer wheel within their mountain. The dwarves now provide the Teshnans with Prayer Wheels, Sacred Mirrors and other curious like hunting levitating daggers.

Kralori: have friendly relations with dragonewts. However the dragonewts there are very different from the dragonewts of dragon pass.
Teleos: also has some relations with the 'newts but the details are not known.
