Dark Wind question

I'm trying to look for information on the Dark Wind, or the Lower Wind.

I know there has been an exotic cult (in the second age?) that seems to bring Orlanth and some trollish influenses close together. I also know I have some fanzines that have dealt with the issue, but I can't seem to remember what they are.

I'm planning an episode in my game revolving around an exotic heroquest, and all help is appreciated.

On of the characters is a Tarhs-exile human that is a Zorak Zoran worshipper, in addition to being a (somewhat lapsed) orlant adventurous initiate. The (dead?) cult of the Dark Wind would really suit this character. A powerful NPC is going to try to guide him (and a ZZ troll) down that path.

I remember seeing some parallels between ZZ and the Dark Wind. Possibly it was the fact thet the "Lower wind" seems pretty much like "Hell roar", that has some function in the ZZ cult.
