Trotsky's Torkani site had a fair amount about them as Orlanthi/Darkness worshippers.
And Keith Nellist made reference to the Dark Wind re the Kitori on this list just recently.
And didn't someone else mention the Dark Wind as being possibly the son of Orlanth and Kyger Litor?
I'm afraid my search-fu isn't cracked up to much but I'm fairly sure this was recent chat on the lists.
