My current game takes place in early seventeenth century upland Aggar. Though Aggar has been been a client state on and off for a long, long time, most Lunars and other non-Aggari settlers in the area still know and care little about the religious practices of the locals. They take a practical approach.

Anything like organized Orlanth worship has been gone for generations, but many traditions live on. As well, if a clan or tribe causes trouble, the authorities will respond appropriately, whatever their culture.

That said, there are naturally a few high ranking Lunars and heroquesters who are concerned with the theological and magical ways of provincials, but most of their activities are far more subtle and pernicious than simple crucifiction.

The Hero Wars approach, and the New Wind begins to blow....
