Griselda, Promise of thunder, etc

i've recently read "The Complete Griselda," which I found good except for the first few stories, and I'm wondering if there is more of it anywhere?

Also, I noticed there's an ad for "Promise of Thunder" by Robin D. Laws, and I'm wondering if that got released or not.
