I thought she was just a normal Iceni wife and mother until the Romans beat her and raped her daughters, at which point she took the Red Vows, henna'd her hair, entrusted her fertility to, er, the Earth Goddess, and led a horde of screaming tribesmen to burn London and fill the Walbrook with the severed heads of its inhabitants?
