I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but I scanned the base map a long time ago from Greg Stafford's originals. And this map probably served as source material for Dragon Pass. It looks like it has the names it's always had -- I think the point was that Dragon Pass mentioned the Grazer clan lands, but didn't show them explicitly.
