Efrodar is the only one I know of, but as you say, that's battle leadership.

I can't say I see Humakt (or Humakti) as being very effective in clan leadership situations myself, but YHMV. You'd probably have to get someone else on the Ring to do all the negotiations and so on, while the Humakti chief augmented them with his "Intimidating Glower".
