Here's another little blurb from David Dunham's campaign writeup that shows Heortlings trading for exotic goods in the City of Wonders (circa 1613):

"Jorator helped everyone trade at the many markets. He also tried talking to as many odd foreigners as he could, usually in Tradetalk. Some were from the Dragon Empire or Teshnos with unusual eyes, or light-skinned westerners. Brenna traded for exotic coral earrings. Korlmhy bought a silk tunic. Vonlanth spent a long time looking, but finally found some unusual glass beads and a spool of spun thread dyed purple, which he planned to give to his wife and mother. Jorator also made a number of trades, for spices, silk, and jewelry."

As you can see, the luxury items these Heortlings went for focused on silk, jewelry and spices. The next year, the Heortling trader (Jorator) resold the spices in Boldhome.
