I like that version a lot. (Since, unlike Mikko, I have no need for a Humakti villain, something like this appeals to me.)

Mind you, if the Truth rune is Gloranthically essential to any version of Humakt existing, then the Carmanians need to have it incorporated someway. (I'd probably tie it into the whole "avoiding the tricks of the Deceiver" truth vs lie thing of Carmanian philosophy in general.)
