One thing that came up when I commented on the draft policy was that an actual license can always trump the Policy. And Issaries is offering to license existing web sites, even if they include material like maps that would otherwise require approval. (If I were to want to add additional approval-requiring material, I'll need to go back to Issaries.) It's a 1-page license.
So I still need to add the legalese to my site tonight, but it was a real painless process (I'd need to add much the same legalese anyway).
