Right. I always expected that only groups special enough that some of the members might be called heroes would have guardians. Also, if you look at the examples in the MRB and MOLAD, these seem to support that notion. Would have been very helpful to see a typical village HB written up, a typical professional one. Which is probably in Thunder Rebels? Anyway, lots of things threw me off the trail.
