Peter : "No, because the God Learner runes aren't the complete picture." Nick : "Very roughly, yes..."
I'm with Nick, so long as the 'very Roughly' caveat is emphasized. Peter is right because the God Learners weren't all-knowing on this topic and there probably are some 'Core' runes that didn't make it into their runic lexicon, but their system of runes is a good place to start.
