I believe so. And certainly Arkat is known to some (and worshipped by some) as "Arkat the Devil"--though those people may believe Arkat the Devil is Gbaji.

Besides that, both Wakboth and Kajabor are called "the Devil", and I have no idea how many others. (Is "devil"--lower-case 'd'--ever used as a synonym for "demon" in Glorantha, as it is in English? Or are the two concepts kept carefully distinct?)
