Alien Worlds and size

Oh, that's a lovely picture! The Incredible Vanishing Duck, only more so. "Big 13" is now "Big -7".

But you know, I can see apparent size being altered as well, on non-mundane planes, even without any alien world modifier. If you met Orlanth, face to face, wouldn't you expect him to be taller than you?
