We're in between in Ontario. The Bermuda high is pushing temps up to 30-34C in the daytime, down to 18-22 at night. Nowhere near so bad, but the humidex pushes it up over 40C most days. And this isn't even the hot part of the summer yet! Many records broken by substantial margins in June, too.

In a futile attempt to drag Glorantha back into this, well, at least it isn't the Fimbulwinter. My usual motto that, "You can dress up in winter, but only dress so far down in summer." just doesn't apply for that!

It's been over 105 every day for the past week. (that's 40.5+ for you non-Imperials). Forecast is for pretty much more of the same until tuesday (at least).

The radio is warning that it's just plain Not Healthy to be outside - the inversion layer has trapped all the dust, smoke, smog, etc in the lower air instead of blowing them away. It also means that it's still ~85 (30) degrees at 11 oclock at night. Extreme heat warnings run from 1pm to 10pm.
