I would say that it can get pretty hot, especially in the valleys with the inversion effect. Here in the Alps we've been having temps of 35-40°C (even at 2000m). Of course, in Glorantha, it depends on local mythic factors as well. I imagine that the wind from Prax (the Stom Bull wind?) could push up the temps significantly, much like the Berg winds that we have in South Africa that can push the temps way into the upper 30's (with the ~100% humidity...).
