We must summon Roderick for the definitive answer, but I cannot find anywhere that says in the rules that you 'can't' cast your feats on another.

There is of course HQ and Gloranthan precedents for casting magic on others, and I think is a fantasy norm. RQ characters did it. Biturian Varosh famously bought his way out of a Heroquest by casting all his magic into a truestone. The Esvular priests and wizards buff up the Knights in HQ. Of course we know those unnatural and evil Lunars do this stuff all the time, which is what gives the fyrd such a hard time of course.

Therefore I would say that you can, but need to decide whether it is socially acceptable for your characters to do so in your game.

In our game I allow it because on every occasion it has felt right to do so (sunset leap or the desemborthi cloaking the others with his stealth feats FREX). I guess if the players want to do it then I tend to go along. However that doesn't help with 'whats canon'.

Rob
