At <http://www.glorantha.com/hw/javern_sunsetleap.html> there is an in Glorantha description, written by Greg Stafford, of a devotee's use of Sunset Leap. This one feat was used to
* Escape at sunset * Carry a whole warband out of battle * Blind trolls * Snatch a dying person back from the land of the dead * Take several people from afternoon to sunset (time travel) * As a generalised teleport - up to 5 miles going west and shorterdistances in other directions
On the other hand, in the same document, we also have a narrative that many Gloranthans think that it is impossible or wrong to do such things.
I hope that this helps a) show the flexibility designed into the Glorantha and b) the inflexibility/conservatism designed into many of the people of Glorantha.
regards,
Charles
