No, it doesn't. All it means is that Harrek would have to roll a six to do him/her in. This says nothing about whether the superhero will not attack or even do defensive combat. And in Sartar's case, turning someone into termites so others can pretend they are elves and play STOMP!! would be an combat attack in Dragon Pass.

One could say the same about Arim the Pauper becoming King of Tarsh. Sartar is unusual in that he does not resort to combat but such does not make him a superhero.

Does this make him "extraordinary in terms of glorantha"? For a dragon pass hero, yes, he _is_ noteworthy, but for the wider arena of glorantha, he's only one of many colourful heroes.
