Yes and no. The Alakoringite Culture has its origins in Lankst in the Imperial Age and follows Alakoring's fight against the EWF (From Lankst in Ralios to Aggar and the rest of South Peloria). Some Alakoringites will have been ruled by King Heort, others will not have been.
