Well, just like with FTF games, it's a lot easier to start one up yourself than to find somebody else to run one. That is, if you want to play a HQ PBEM, start one yourself! Most PBEMs are either full of players, or dying. Luckily you've got Rory's game to join at the moment.
Other places to look, if you feel compelled, are Play by Post places like Rpol.net, and RPG.net which has a whole section for PBP. Otherwise...I think this is PBEM central for Hero Quest from what I've seen. Most of the games going on in the world were probably organized off of this list. Well, at least games you can find. :-)
Also, have you considered chat play? I run a regular game by IRC on Thursday nights, and anyone is welcome to come by and play. It should be noted that I don't run in Glorantha, however. For details anyone can contact me off list.
