Jeff,

If you have too much Sharpe and "over the hills and far away" on your brain, may I suggest going to Nick Brooke's website and finding my gloranthan lyrics for the song in his sing-along section. I wrote them for Convulsion a number of years ago. Be careful though, the song is brain candy.

I couldn't get the tune out of my head for months.

To no one in particular,

As for buying Issaries products...

Don't buy into the "blackmail", if that's what you want to call it. Don't buy the products AND don't you dare complain if the company goes under.

Being a bit of an RPG and wargame nostalgic, I've often heard historians detail the rise and fall of numerous game companies, most of which failed due to poor sales. Obviously, each case was unique, but there are common characteristics. What I've always found appalling is when said "complainers" talk about how a game company failed due to poor sales, and they never bought much (or any) of their product when they had the chance. I wish I had a dollar for every time I've heard some gamer say "great supplement, I should have bought it when it came out".

Being "mr. suitcase", I buy everything in triplicate; one to read, one to loan, and one to vacuum seal and place in my collection housed in a geologically stable salt mine.

Simon Bray,

Thanks for all your help and support over these many years. You've done a great service. Please don't burn out. Glorantha needs more people like you.

Rick
