But many of the Lunar cultures(Dara Happans, Carmanians) seem even worse off than the Orlanthi in that respect. On the other hand, I think the Lunars just might eventually be able to end the internecine warfare of the Sartari clans. Or would be able, if the Hero Wars weren't about to happen.
