You could look at the Unspoken Word books http://www.celtic-webs.com/theunspokenword/books/books.html In Wintertops Shadow/Wintertop Fair in particular should give you a campaign that fits your request without to much additional work required. - The others probably require a little more work, being more of a set of "resources" for a campaign than a campaign "out of the box" so to speak.

If you want a good stand alone scenario that is epic, far from D&D etc, and your players will not object to playing pre-generated characters then take a look at John Hughes "Everything is Thunder" http://home.iprimus.com.au/pipnjim/questlines/thunder.html - treat the "4 Hours" playing time as a bare minimum -
