It depends on how many of the second group of people will actually
buy your product if you do z. You can still bring new people in
(once they have bought your product they are in the first category
anyway), and I said "More useful" not "only useful" - Of course you
shouldn't ignore the not-yet-converts, but neither should you be
hostage to those who "would buy it if..."
