We'd like to run a scenario based on the idea of founding a new newtling breeding pond, in a new watershed. We have an ambitious bachelor who would like to attempt this.
What is already known about newtling
biology/physiology? We have all the usual books (RQ
and HQ), a reasonable number of the fanzines, but
would like to know if other people have done any
gaming with newtlings and developed them further.
Also, what sort of myth would be appropriate for such an occasion? There's a major shrine to Father Newtling in the Rainbow Caves near Apple Lane, and this will have to be part of it. Other probable elements would be stepping off the Dragon Path (why? what caused it?), and presumably some sort of death-defying ordeal of getting spawn back to the new pool before they died or hatched.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
