This is the New RQ Cults book. Before that is the (second age) setting book in July. Mongoose now have the book listed on their site - http://www.mongoosepublishing.com/home/detail.php? qsID=1181&qsSeries=RuneQuest&PHPSESSID=c6166d663c45df5d93c602011b2042c7

They are also producing Broo miniatures, and according to Matthew Spange (Mongoose head honcho) on rpg.net have a set of troll/trollkin minis forthcoming...

Discussion of these books here will be an interesting dilemma for the moderators. The new RQ system will be off-topic on the HQ lists, but Gloranthan setting material, and it's translation into HQ is less clear cut. The books will be in print, so are not "out of print" or "obscure" publications, and so accessible to newcomers, but for a different games system...
