To avoid the discussions of restricted material in a moment - I may
comment if I ever feel I have something worth saying, and at the moment
I don't, but it does remind me of the access issues that were central to
Dead Sea Scrolls scholarship in my youth -- in fact some of you chaps
and chapesses would make absolutely wonderful Bible & N.T. History
scholars, as you have all the skills and the perfect mind set --mail me
off list if interested...
Anyway, just out of curiosity, who is a Newbie, ie. who else has joined
the list in the last year? I have, and try to read as much as possible,
though I sometimes skip threads outside my current interests. I hope
there is a list archive?
If any other newcomers are interested in swapping ideas, or writing
scenarios we can offer to the Issaries website together, I'd love to
hear from you.
