The stone phalanxes are all Dara Happen units who follow Urvairinus. I'd agree the "regimental gods" are guardians but a lot more powerful than most - probably the W3 or W4 range. They've existed for thousands of years.

As far as I can tell from ILH1 there isn't a separate Navarian military tradition. Navarians seem to be a subset of the Dara Happens so I'd make them the same with a few minor variations for interest.
