Yes; if I wasn't clear, discussion of using MRQ material with HQ in Glorantha is perfectly fine here. Presumably, discussion of converting MRQ rules constructs (e.g. cults, 'rune' magic, etc.), into HQ rules terms would be OK on the HQ-Rules list, but I'm not a Mod there, so I can't speak for them :) But non-rules related stuff is fine here, and I'd expect there to be quite a bit to say once the Second Age sourcebook comes out!
