It's on Ian Thompson's excellent Pavis site http://www.city-of-pavis.info/pbrvol2.html Bonus article 2. But that just gives the Lunar Stats and doesn't detail the stats for the Cradle Riders. Though it's easy to just use the Lunar stats as the benchmark for the defenders.
