I think that's de rigeur. :-)
Mechanically I assume that he's heroforming the beast in question? Just happens to be a natural talent at it? Ritual bonus of +20 for a full moon, or the equivalent for the form. And flaws, Doesn't Recall Becoming Beast 10W2, Compelled to Become the Beast at 10W (he might resist on occasion). That sort of thing?
Or should I have saved this for the rules list?
