Abd the great thing is that the GM can simply decide to add points to it as per the rules. Keep using it, and I make it more powerful, making it more tempting to use.

And I've even seem some players, in that situation, voluntarily take their "Love for Griselda" as a penalty, knowing it was messing their character up. Because HQ can make failure interesting.

Exactly. My players have loved it. (They hated it, but they LOVED it.)
