Yes, Mythic Russia is available from Esdevium, and t that end can be ordered
through your local Ottakars if you have one. And also it is worth noting
that Leisure Games are also selling it. :) I suspect but do not know that
ILH 2 is also available now?

I take it that Moon Designs or Firebird are not distributing via
Esdevium which is why there is no sign of Mythic Russia or ILH2 at
FLG's?
