I always wondered where the Lunars got the wood to build a navy at Corflu. Potential scenario hooks: logging in Dagori Inkarth (then getting the logs downstream) or importing them by sea from east or west (by way of undercover pruchases by lunar agents or with the explanation that the Lunars are building wooden mansions in Pavis). Or maybe they flew the wood down from the moon.
