Good thought. They have had their initial training period as weaponthanes an are now learning on the job - organising raids, defending the clan etc.

Yep we agree here.

Fine, I use that mainly for NPCs and hero followers that don't get too many HP during the year (at least with my players).

Yes.

Again we agree, the heroes decide / the clan tells them that tey are concentrating on a certain task so the increase goes to the most appropriate keyword.

This isn't an issue for me yet but is a good idea and I'll keep it in mind for when it does become a problem.
