Just a quick post to let you know what's going to be released via the Master's of Luck and Death website (www.molad.org) over the next month.
Scenarios
The Black Ziggurat - a beginners adventure, aimed at players used to swords
and sorcery gaming to introduce them to Glorantha's Mythic adventuring
style.
The Fortress of Doors - set in Dragon Pass this adventure is designed for
players and narrators new to Glorantha.
The Hall of Heroes
A wiki for HeroQuest characters. We'll be jump starting this with 20+
characters that have been used in our demo games.
Heroic Tales
Short scenario seeds with three possible explanations for the mystery that
is presented to the players.
Articles
Playing in Glorantha - a short essay aimed at people new to the setting,
that address specific concerns that new games masters have come up with over
the last 5 years that we have been demoing the game.
Forum games
Two play by post games about to start. 'Family values' a Gloranthan game of
politics and intrigue set in the Kingdom of Tarsh and 'Troll Tales' another
Gloranthan game featuring everyones favorite Gloranthan non-human race, the
Uz (or trolls).
The Masters of Luck and Death is an independent Fan demo team, officially supported by Moon Designs (Publisher of HeroQuest) and Fire Bird productions (Publisher of Mythic Russia), that promotes HeroQuest and Mythic Russia through Actual play at conventions and though its website/forum.
