The article is not offensive at all.
Here in germany it might get rated 6 or 12, but i have no clue if what that would make in the US or UK.

The upcoming Uleria article (and accompaning hero bands) in TT # 16 are also not very offensive (at least Rick Meints himself said so when he read them three years ago), but a more conservative person could find it... hmmm delicate. :-)
