Oh, wow! Nice! Of course, he may be wrong, but moving
through the rock sounds like the sort of thing
something "owned" by earth powers would do, and "very
very slowly" sounds like someone with a Movement rune
nicked their access to it. Fits the idea of Water
powers having been beaten up by Earth and Orlanth.
