I like it. So, we need a bit of Lunar (or Solar? this is Tatius!) mythology about chaining rebel gods. I'm sure they've got a few. But I am anything but an expert, and do not have the relevant documents in PDF format :(

If we can find a bit of myth that also kills/imprisons the (subservient, dependent, unlike Ernalda) wife, that sorts the whole thing out. The Orlanthi wouldn't have been defending against that, because it wouldn't occur to them that the defence was needed.

Overlooking the central myth of the Orlanthi... yes, Tatius!
