Can't say I've ever had a problem. Do you have something disabled somewhere (java being an obvious example)? They recommend that you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox, so if you're using something else, you might want to try one of those. (I use SeaMonkey, which also works).
You should just be able to click on the button that says 'Free Download' next to the product name, and it will just do it automatically. If this isn't working for some reason, try:
