Yes, yes and yes. The preparation progress window flashes up a
couple of messages, then goes blank. A flag in the corner of the
window leads to an 'access denied' error message.
I emailed the site owners via their 'contact us' address, no reply
yet.
My pop-up blocker is active, but it would report if it blocked
anything. It didn't.
